Booking and cancellation policy

Rooms are available from 2pm on your day of arrival (earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Deposits are non-refundable within 4 weeks of booking date, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.

 We will always attempt to re-let your rooms but if you cancel within 7 days of your booking,

 we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your holiday should we be unable to recover our costs.
